
Your satisfaction is always guaranteed at Watch Addiction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason in the first 30 days, you can return it for a 100% refund. To qualify for the full refund, your watch must be received by Watch Addiction within 30 days of your purchase, and must be in new condition. Watch must be returned with all original packaging.
Further, REACTOR covers your watch against manufacturing defects for two years. If anything goes wrong with your REACTOR watch in the first two years of ownership, we will either repair or replace it at our expense. Broken crystals, dead batteries, abuse, and normal wear and tear are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered by Watch Addiction’s or Reactor’s warranty

When returning your watch, make sure it is packed securely in a padded envelope or box and insured for the full purchase price. Reactor’s service center is committed to returning your watch within 7 days of receiving it.

Refunds
To receive a refund within 30 days of purchase, return your watch, along with your name and address to Meridian Sales, 20058 Ventura Bl., #103, Woodland Hills, CA 91364. A refund will be applied to the card that was used for the purchase of the watch. For warranty returns, please ship the watch to Meridian Sales, 20058 Ventura Bl., #103, Woodland Hills, CA 91364, include your name and address and the problem with the watch. We will do our best to repair or replace your watch the same day we receive it. If your order qualified for free shipping, the cost of shipping your watch will be deducted before your refund is processed.
If you return your watch, we will refund only the actual price that you paid for the watch, we will not refund any shipping charges added to your order. |
