I placed an order on-line around the 23rd of December. Two day shipping was included with the purchase price. Within 15 min of order placement, I received a phone call from the merchant inquiring as to whether or not I needed my item before Christmas. I wasn’t in need of Christmas delivery, so my order arrived the following Monday which was quicker than I had expected. The watch is more impressive than I expected. I go through on average two sports watches a year mainly because the spring bars break and I loose them all together. I chose this watch for practical purposes and I don't think that I'm going to be disappointed. I picked the titanium model for lightness and I find that this watch still has considerable heft to it. I have a 7 1/2 inch wrist and the watch fits perfect right out of the box. Great fit and finish. You can expect me to be ordering different models in the future. Thanks for the follow up on the initial delivery problems as well.
