Your satisfaction is always guaranteed at Watch Addiction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason in the first 30 days, you can return it for a 100% refund. To qualify for the full refund, your watch must be received by Watch Addiction within 30 days of your purchase, and must be in new condition. Watch must be returned with all original packaging.
Further, REACTOR covers your watch against manufacturing defects for two years. If anything goes wrong with your REACTOR watch in the first two years of ownership, we will either repair or replace it at our expense. Broken crystals, dead batteries, abuse, and normal wear and tear are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered by Watch Addiction’s or Reactor’s warranty.
Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal for payment at Watch Addiction.
If you choose to pay using Paypal, please visit paypal.com and use our email address (sales@watchaddiction.com) to send your payment. Please include your name, address, phone number and style number of the watch you are ordering. If you are unsure of the final price, please contact us in advance.
For foreign orders, please contact us by email. Foreign orders will only be shipped when paid in advance through our paypal account.
For purchases at Watch Addiction, your credit card will be billed by Meridian Sales.
Shipping
At Watch Addiction, we carry every REACTOR watch in stock everyday. That means that we ship all orders by the next business day, unlike most retailers that carry only a few styles and order product as needed to fill orders. You won't wait days just for us to fill your order; in fact, if you order by 2 PM PST, we'll usually ship your watch the same day! Also, when you choose UPS as your shipping choice, we will email you a tracking number as soon as we ship, so you can track your REACTOR watch right to your door.
